About Us

What we sell

theelfworkshopz sells the soft things that make a room warm: throw blankets for the couch, knit and sherpa blankets, bed blankets and quilts, heated and weighted blankets, wearable blankets, decorative pillow covers, outdoor pillows and the inserts that go inside them. Every item has one price for every size and color we list, and the price you see is the price at checkout before shipping and any sales tax.

How we choose

We start with what the item is made of and what size it really is, because those are the two things a photo cannot tell you. Each product page lists the fabric and the sizes in inches as our supplier gives them to us. Where the supplier does not tell us something, such as a fill weight or a fabric blend, the page says nothing rather than guessing.

We are a small operation. We do not weave fabric or sew pillows ourselves. We select from what our supplier already makes, and we write the product pages from the specifications they give us.

Where your order comes from

Orders are picked, packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner in China, then delivered inside the United States by USPS or FedEx. We do not hold stock in the United States and we do not have a store you can visit. Total delivery time is 11 to 17 business days, and our Shipping Policy breaks that down stage by stage.

Returns are different: those go to a United States address in Easton, Pennsylvania, on a prepaid label we send you. The details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

What we will not tell you

There are no customer reviews on this site, because we are new and have not earned any yet. There are no best-seller badges for the same reason. We do not promise that a blanket will fix your sleep or that a color will match your sofa exactly, because we cannot know that.

If something goes wrong

Email support@theelfworkshopz.com and a person reads it. We answer within 24 hours. Returns are free for 30 days from delivery, with a prepaid label and no restocking fee, so the risk of ordering the wrong size sits with us rather than with you.
