Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of theelfworkshopz.com and to any order you place on it. The site is operated by CANTO FULFILLMENT LLC, 1001 S Main St Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You must give a complete, accurate delivery address in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the email confirming the order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if the item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in United States dollars. A pair costs the same in every colour and size we list. Import duties on the shipment are included in the price. Any sales tax that applies is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Shipping is $7.95 per order, or free once the order passes $60 after any discount.

Payment is taken at checkout and processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

We try to keep prices and product information accurate. If an obvious pricing error appears, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel.

4. Product information

Product descriptions are written from the specifications our supplier provides. Photographs are provided by the supplier. Colours can look different on different screens. Where we do not have verified information about a product, we say nothing rather than estimate; we do not publish a centimetre size conversion chart for that reason.

5. Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our supplier's warehouse in China and delivered by USPS or FedEx. Estimated total time is 11 to 17 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and customs inspection and carrier delays are outside our control. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Returns and cancellation

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery on a prepaid label we provide, with no restocking fee. Conditions, exclusions and refund timings are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it by automated means, or to resell our content. The site's text, layout and branding belong to us or our licensors.

8. Liability

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are fit for ordinary use. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
