Sizes and choosing
Where do I find the size of a blanket or pillow?
On the product page. Each listing shows the sizes that item is actually made in, in inches, and the size you pick is the size you get. If a size is not listed, that item is not made in it.
Which blanket size should I pick for a couch?
A common couch throw for one person is around 50 x 60 inches. For two people sharing, or for covering a bed, look at the larger sizes on the page. Measure the area you want to cover and compare it with the inches listed.
Do pillow covers come with an insert?
Only when the product page says so. Most covers are sold as covers only. If you need a filler, our Pillow Inserts collection has them in square and lumbar sizes.
What insert size goes with my cover?
Pick an insert the same size as the cover, or 2 inches larger for a fuller look. A 20 x 20 inch cover takes a 20 x 20 or 22 x 22 inch insert.
How do I wash it?
Follow the care line on the product page and on the item's own label. Knit, faux fur and weighted blankets often need different care, so check before the first wash. Heated blankets must never be machine washed with the controller attached; follow the instructions that come with them.
Do the colors match the photos exactly?
Photos come from our supplier and screens differ, so a color can look slightly different in your room. If you received a different color from the one you ordered, that is a wrong item and the return costs you nothing; email us with a photo.
Shipping
How long will my order take?
11 to 17 business days in total: 3 to 5 business days to prepare it and 8 to 12 in transit.
Why that long?
Because orders ship from our supplier's warehouse in China, not from inside the United States. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you with it in a tracking email.
What does shipping cost?
$7.95 flat, and free once your order reaches $60 after any discount. An order of exactly $60.00 ships free.
Where do you ship?
The 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Do you deliver to a P.O. Box?
Yes. Those orders go by USPS, because FedEx does not deliver to a P.O. Box.
Will I be charged customs or duties on delivery?
No. Import duties are already included in the price you pay.
Returns
How long do I have?
30 days from the day the parcel is delivered.
Who pays for the return?
We do. Email us and we send a prepaid label. There is no restocking fee.
Do I get the original $7.95 back?
Not if you simply changed your mind. If the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing, you get everything back.
What condition does the item need to be in?
Unused, unwashed, free of pet hair and odors, in its original packaging with any tags.
When do I see the money?
We issue the refund 5 to 7 business days after the returns warehouse receives the parcel. Your bank then takes a further 3 to 10 business days to post it.
Can I cancel an order?
Within 24 hours of placing it, yes, for a full refund. After that it is handled as a return.
Payment and account
How do I pay?
Card payments are processed securely at checkout by our payment provider. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.
Is sales tax added?
Any sales tax that applies is calculated at checkout and shown to you before you pay.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest.

Do you have a store I can visit?
No. The Montana address on our Contact page is our registered business address only. It holds no stock and cannot accept visitors or parcels.
