The short version
- You have 30 days from the day the parcel is delivered.
- We pay the return shipping. We email you a prepaid label.
- No restocking fee.
- The original $7.95 shipping charge is not refunded when you simply change your mind. If the pair was faulty or we sent the wrong thing, you get everything back.
- Email support@theelfworkshopz.com first. Do not send anything back before we reply.
1. How to start a return
- Email support@theelfworkshopz.com within 30 days of delivery. Put your order number in the subject line.
- Tell us which pair you are returning and whether you want a refund or a different size or colour.
- If the pair is faulty or is not what you ordered, attach photos. That usually saves you sending anything back at all.
- We reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label.
- Pack the sandals in their original shoe box, attach the label and drop the parcel off.
Parcels sent back without contacting us first can go missing in our partner's returns area and we cannot promise to find them.
2. What condition the sandals need to be in
For a change-of-mind return:
- Unworn and unused.
- Not worn outdoors. Try them on indoors, on carpet, the way you would in a shop.
- In the original shoe box, with every accessory that came with them.
Soles that show outdoor wear, or a missing box, mean we cannot resell the pair and cannot accept the return.
None of this applies to a faulty pair or a pair we sent in error. In that case send photos and we sort it out, worn or not.
3. Exchanges
You can exchange for a different size or colour of the same style, subject to what is in stock. Tell us what you want when you email us. If the replacement is out of stock we refund you instead.
4. Cancelling an order
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, for a full refund including shipping. After 24 hours the order is usually already with the warehouse and has to be handled as a return once it arrives.

6. When your refund arrives

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with. We cannot refund to a different card.
7. Faulty or incorrect items
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery showing the fault or the item you received. We will refund in full, including the original $7.95 shipping, or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. You are not asked to pay anything.
8. What we cannot take back
- Sandals worn outdoors, or showing wear on the sole.
- Returns sent more than 30 days after delivery.
- Returns without the original shoe box, for change-of-mind returns.
If you are not sure whether your pair qualifies, email us and ask. We would rather look at a photo than turn a parcel away at the warehouse.
