What to send us
- Starting a return or exchange: order number, which pair, and whether you want a refund or a different size or colour. We reply with a prepaid label. See Returns & Refunds.
- Something is faulty or wrong: order number plus photos of the sandals and the box. Photos usually save you posting anything back.
- Where is my order: order number. Total delivery time is 11 to 17 business days; see Shipping Policy before you write, it may already answer you.
- Sizing: tell us the style and the size you normally wear. Our FAQs cover the common cases.

Where orders ship from, and where returns go
Orders are dispatched from our supplier's warehouse in China and delivered inside the United States by USPS or FedEx.
Returns go to our United States returns address in Easton, Pennsylvania, using the prepaid label we email you. Do not send anything back before contacting us; the full address is on the label.
